Website truckmaster.lv (“Online Store”) is made available to you by Limited Liability Company Truckmaster, registration No. 41203063885, registered address Mango iela 1 - 1, Mežāres, Babītes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2101, hereinafter referred to as “Truckmaster”, “we” or “us”. We comply with data protection laws and regulations, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Republic of Latvia Personal Data Processing Law, which govern the processing of personal data relating to you and grants you various rights in respect of your personal data. The aim of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about how we will use your personal data you provide to us through this Online Store in connection with making purchases from the Online Store and/or viewing its offer as well as personal data provided and/or collected by us through other channels. We also inform you about your rights under applicable data protection law with respect to the handling of your Personal Data by us. Before providing us with Personal Data we recommend that you read this Privacy Policy which also forms part of our Terms and Conditions that govern our services.

2.3. Truckmaster customer account
In order to make purchases on our Online Store, you have to create a Truckmaster user account (“Account”). Upon creating the Account, we ask you to provide the following personal information:
